Originally from the hills of Sheffield, Joe Murphy - aka Sergeant Buzfuz - lives, writes and plays in London. Sergeant Buzfuz curates the monthly Blang! nights, a haven for the world's underground of weirdo songwriters and singers. Blang! happens at the 12 Bar on the second Wednesday of every month, and has hosted bands and artists like Jeffrey Lewis, The Folk Orchestra, Misty's Big Adventure, Major Matt Mason USA, Chris T-T, The Broken Family Band, Herman Dune and Thomas Truax.
