Nov. 2nd is Election Day!
It's mid term election time. The AARP has an excellent online tool to find out about elections that relate to you most directly and the great thing is you don't have to be retired to use it.: http://vote15.aarp.org/?cmp=KNC-VOTE&sfr=1287934631420. I found this to be a really great resource for getting a bit of info about the candidates. You can even build your own ballot, print it out, or have it sent to you by email, and take it with you to the voting booth.
