Seeking Room for Rent: Vacancies, Anyone?

I'm seeking a new apartment for me and my very cool cat Tom Cat to live in, starting either Dec 1 or Jan 1. I'm looking for a place in Brooklyn or Ridgewood, Queens that's $450-600/mo range. I'm good natured and polite, reasonably neat, overall very considerate as a roomate. At home I like to cook, do yoga, work on my art, plug away at my computer. I'm pretty low-key, comfortably sociable.
Tom Cat is really warm, loves to be pet, and wouldn't hurt a fly.
