Practice space share avail in N Williamsburg

Hello all,

I have a practice space in Northern Williamsburg Brooklyn available March 15th and am looking for responsible and respectful musicians for share. The space (Scientific Laboratories) is in a secure building with 24 hr access and free wifi. The rent is $181.25 a month for two days a week, and I would need one month deposit.

The room is avail Wed. or Thurs. after 1-? and Sat. anytime. We are pretty flexible with scheduling so feel free to ask about possible alternatives. Contact me at blixapop@gmail.com if interested.
