Tascam 38, 8 Track Analog Tape Machine for sale

i recently purchased this Tascam 38, 8 Track 1/2" analog tape machine from ebay. its in great working condition, with its original box. the heads are clean and they look new. it will most likely need a new rubber "pinch roller". you can find this part at Teac for under $5. i'm selling it because, at around the same time i was offered a sweet deal on a 16 track 1" machine that i ended up buying. so i now i have this 8 track available for sale. its a sweet machine for an incredible price. these machines, refurbished, in lesser condition are going for $500, but because i got a savy deal on this one, i'm offering it for what i paid with shipping. $400. if you're interested in analog recording, this is an excellent place to start. you can pick it up anytime from my house, BTP.
