Yet another thing Asians totally dominate us at... Yoyos.

My boyfriend's kids have been going crazy over yoyos the past few weeks, and I had absolutely no idea why, especially when he asked me to find a very specific brand of yoyo at the toy store while I was in the States. I had no idea why I couldn't just buy a Duncan or one that lit up, so I went home and I googled the brand and at first I came across what looked like an anime show where kids play with yoyos.
I was really amazed by the weirdness of it, but looking at the videos- it gets even better. That is just the opening credits. It's a show about Chinese youth yoyo competitions, and they're awesome. My dad was a yoyo nut and I remember he was really good and even he was impressed by these videos.
How long before this fad reaches here? I'm going to start hoarding these yoyos for next christmas.
