hey guys,

its $635 plus half the utilities. comes with a stage and lots of instruments too. clean, kept kitchen and plenty of pots and pans to play with. lots of sunlight and space to enjoy!

The more you check out rents/spaces in NYC the more you realize that this is the norm.
I'd do it but I have other sublets lined up.

is it possible to use them ?
it is still available the room ? who else is living in the house ?
I will be in new york from october 17th till nov 14th . but your offer is a bit expensive .
