2-bedroom apartment available Oct 1 (maybe sooner)

Hey Folks,

I'm helping my friend find someone to sublet their apartment in my Bushwick neighborhood. It's a 2-bedroom, $1400 a month, and Dave has done extensive work on the inside (it's a co-op building). He will be living in London with his wife and young son for a few years (you don't need to commit for that long, but I suppose that would be ideal).

I am the stateside point person, collecting rent and making sure repairs are taken care if needed, etc.
