Rehearsal room at Scapegrace!

Hi Friends, Sam and I would like to get the word out that we will have a rehearsal space in a real rehearsal room available for use as of Jan 1st. in the basement at Scapegrace. The room is big enough for two bands to share monthly with their equipment. Below is what we are looking for. Of course there is always room for negotiating specific situations. Please spread the word! We will also be having hourly available as well.
