the tea factory building where i live has several 3 bedroom apartments available. don't know the cost, but its in the same building as btp and it would be cool to have you as neighbors. 917 662-8231 is the number of the manager.

I have subletted twice in the last 4 months and would like to get into a nice room for a year at least, but if I have to I guess I will do something else.
Funny how in NYC "quiet person" is like some big selling point. It's pretty sad if you think about it.
I saw an ad where for $400 you can share somebody's bunk bed.
I wonder if I'd get to choose top or bottom.

One of my apartment mates reminded me that a lot of people are engaged in non-moving things this time of year.
She said I can stay a few extra weeks since the next tenant is not coming right on the 1st.
Not to get into a long story---Chris, I'd like to hear about the Feb. room just in case things alter again and that becomes feasable.

Getting tired of looking at craigslist.
I'd like to find a room with people I already know and that need the room rented as much as I need to rent it.
Considered leaving NYC--since it seems NYC is for those that like to work a lot or are rich.
I am tired of subletting and offering my friend cash to help me move every 1-3 months.
I'm not visiting.
I just need a small room $450-$600.
PS I am 45.
I shlep groceries for a living.
Over 4 years - same company.
