How Wikileaks accepts submissions

This is an interesting article on how Wikileaks is changing the way they ask for submissions to sort of cover themselves from conspiracy charges. Pretty smart. It also sort of relates a bit to a discussion I had earlier w/ BK about whether Wikileaks is to be considered an actual News Organization. It makes me think about even though we are pretty free to say whatever we want in or about this country there are lines where just saying or suggesting certain things can allow the government to take action against you. It's interesting to me to consider exactly where those lines are.
