Recording Space/ Practice Space partners

I'm going to be looking at some spaces in Greenpoint this week to possibly relocate OJ Studios and I was just curious to see if anyone would be interested in sharing a space for recording projects or band practices?
Just to get an idea for bands or independent recording: How often per month/week do you think you would use a space like this?
maybe in a few months matt, if I am still in town and my friend moves here
maybe 6 hours a week split 2 or 3 days--rehearsal
