Glitch? OJ site

For as long as I can remember when I am on the forum page where the options are General Discussion or Buy/Sell..., and I click one, instead of it going to that page the words I just clicked on hop up a few lines--as if running from my click. I then have to follow them up and click on a second time.
(This is unique to this site in my day to day computer useage.)
