Who can I add to my DC show?

I'm playing Velvet Lounge in Washington DC on Sunday April 3, the club promoter doesn't have time to book any local acts for the bill. Who can I contact in DC to play Velvet Lounge with my band?
I've emailed Spoonboy and Chris Clavin, so far no response.
I need to fill the bill ASAP!
