It's not so much condemning
It's not so much condemning somebody for their actions as for their hypocrisy - when a right wing politician (like Arnold) runs on a platform of "family values" and all that crap, that's what's truly revolting, moreso than if he had just done all this stuff but perhaps tried to build a campaign on sexual permisiveness or something. Which is not to say that some of his actions aren't revolting in their own right, like the Nazi sympathies, if this article is to be believed.
By the way, there's some interesting dissenting opinions and additional information and citations in the comments below the article, and humorous pros-and-cons comparing Arnold to Mel Gibson.

I've watched Schwarzeneggar over the last chunk of years deny stuff that he used to brag about.
Right on the film Pumping Iron he mentions Hitler, unless they have since cut it out.
Of course, as Jeff says , it's the hypocrisy that's revolting, at least regarding having sex in a gym with a consenting female adult.
Arnold was well known in the 70's for his sexual uninhibitedness and blunt talk with females. That's no biggie.

Not that I agree...
can one really believe anything the media prints anymore, even if its a lie?
i don't agree with arnold's politics, but i also don't agree with digging up a bunch of dirt about someone just to make them look bad. people go through many phases in their lives. i'm in a, i don't wanna ever get married, and have frivolous sexual relationships phase. when i run for government as a conservative, i hope it doesn't come back to haunt me.
