Looking for kitchen chairs and a pressure cooker

If you've been to my kitchen you know we need new chairs. Any leads for chairs on the free/cheap?
Also, my roommates are moving out and taking the pressure cooker. How will I cook dry beans in 20 minutes?!
Also, I need to buy health insurance. Any ideas?

I gots the cooker.
Build it green might have some interesting chairs.. probably cheaper than they should be, but not free.
Alternately, the best I can think of is craigslist. I have a thingy on my phone that lets me save searches and pops up when new listings show up. (Currently maybe/looking for a cheap/nice murphy bed)
Though the current chairs caning could likely be replaced with diy upholstered panels without too much fuss.
