Would love to get your opinion...
I am in the market for an amp for my Nord. I play mainly synth bass (with some mid/high sounds), so I want something that can kick out a heavy low-end.
So I guess it basically boils down to keyboard amp vs. pa speaker.
Will be used for touring/practicing so should be semi-portable (60lbs max). Would love to keep this around $500-$600.

Some suggestions I have gotten:
QSC K12
Traynor K4 (looks awesome but pricey and maybe a little too many bells and whistles)
Roland KC550

thoughts?

SWR Workingman's series

I would recommend a bass Amp. I picked up a SWR workingman's pro bass amp that I use along with my ampeg superjet and it works pretty good. Pretty light, very portable and not too pricey. I got the 10" for something like $200 on craigslist. It pretty much does the job. I might have gone for the "15 if I had didn't see this one on craigslist but I'm pretty happy with it. Purple Organ also uses one of these so you could ask him about it as well. He's probably even let you test it out.
