Welp

Here's an article about the thing:

http://www.theroot.com/views/re-ppnyc-statement-abortion-billboard-targe...

Apparently, the advertising company that owns the billboard got too much heat for it, and is taking it down.

Also, apparently the pro-life group put it up there in honor of black history month and also wanted to convince "black abortionists" that this was some form of black on black crime? I think?

Craziness.

I wonder...

What if this were flipped? I wonder how the right would react?

Okay, picture this: Huge building sized ad with Sarah Palin's face on it. The only words on it would be at the bottom. "A timely abortion could have prevented this."

The black history month version could be Condoleeza Rice.

For male versions, I'd go with Dick Cheney and Clarence Thomas.

Well, it's gonna be another beautiful day out here, and they can't take that away from me. Maybe today will be the day that we decide to live in peace, no longer seeking to impose our desires upon others.

I made udon noodles the other day, from scratch. Well, I didn't mill the flour but, yeah. Easy and awesome. I'd throw down the recipe, but I dunno how appropriate that is in an abortion thread.

You should know what Sibel Edmonds knows.
